Red, Bike and Green-Atlanta (RBG-ATL) turns 10 years old this year. 10 MF years of celebrating Black folks on bikes, WhootWhootWhoot. We finna turn all the way up! RBG-ATL has accomplished so much in its existence and it is only thanks to you getting on your bike. Cheers to all those who have supported RBG-ATL's evolution. We are grateful!
Bikerversary, a family fun event celebrates Black folks on bikes, Black Joy, and centers and uplifts the physical, mental, economic and environmental health of communities of Black folks by celebrating the Black bike and general bike culture it has contributed to molding and enhancing in Atlanta and the entire nation.
RBG-ATL has drastically increased Black ridership in ATL and beyond. We have supported Black business all over the city, we have used bikes for joy, our wellness, and our communities. By simply riding a bike, we have demonstrated that we love ourselves, our communities and the beloved earth. We have demonstrated that we will take up space despite all the efforts that would like us not too.
Come thru to Bikerversary 2022 to celebrate YOU, you on your bike, our communities and being in movement towards better versions of ourselves. A weekend full of activities are charted below. We got something for all y'all!
