Experiencing Soul Care Series Sign-Up

This series will be a four-week workshop on exploring/discovering how young black girls and women can take care of their minds, body, and soul while building community. Over the course of the program, cohorts will focus on the following: Facts over Thoughts (caring for our mind), Radical self-love (caring for our body), Soul Check (attending to our spirit), and Where My Sista's At (community building-Community Care).
