About the event
- Description: As we close out Black History Month, this event will amplify the voice of our nonprofit partner, Black Girls Smile (BGS), and showcase the important work they’re doing to bring awareness to mental health and empower and uplift young women and girls in the Black community. Attendees will also hear the inspiration behind JCPenney’s Hope &Wonder™ Black History Month collection and the winning design of the 2021 Young, Gifted, and Black Design Challenge. JCPenney is proud to present BGS with 100% of net profits from the Black History Month collection.
