Hey! I accidentally knocked off my glasses a few days back. I tried to fix it but failed. So I bought contact lens. I haven’t used contact lens before, so I was not aware of the liquid that protects the contact lens evaporates in a month or so. Yesterday when I checked, my lens was torn off. I was pissed up. I thought someone destroyed it. But when I Googled, I saw that if the liquid in the contact lens evaporates, the lens will become dry and it will break. I don’t feel like wearing glasses anymore. So I’m planning to undergo laser vision correction treatment from a clinic in Toronto. I have scheduled an appointment with an ophthalmologist for next week. I have heard that lasik cannot be done for those patients whose power keeps on decreasing every year. Is that true? How long does it take for laser eye surgery to heal?
