A curated space for Black girls and women to connect with licensed mental health providers in a comfortable wellness retreat environment. Each Safe Space Saturday includes an in-person wellness experience, a SHE’s Mentally Prepared mental health literacy workshop, a curated wellness box, and a gift card.
Each Safe Space Saturday is free and designed with you in mind! So tap in for this traveling wellness retreat when it's in your borough. We're coming to the Bronx next, and everyone who signs up will have access to wellness events with licensed providers, field trip opportunities, and many other free goodies in NYC throughout 2024.
