Located in the heart of Bed-Stuy at Restoration Plaza, our Brooklyn space was created with intention—for young Black girls and women to be seen, heard, and truly belong. This is a space to exhale. To gather. To learn practical tools for living mentally well in community. We host community-based programming which include support groups, yoga and meditation, mental health literacy workshops, movie nights, shared dinners, and more—all designed to nurture connection, reflection, and care.
